To REGISTER, you must either ENTER AUCTION and click on “New Bidder” or go to bottom of our homepage and click on “Register”. This process reserves your unique User Name and Password. Once you are registered, to BID, you must ENTER AUCTION, click on a “Bid” box, then complete the Personal Information page, including your credit card information. We do NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchases. A credit card number is required to confirm that you are an authentic bidder. This is to keep underage and unqualified bidders from raising bids with no intention of completing their purchases. Once this is all done, then you must agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the box in the lower left corner, then below that, click “Submit”. Winning Bidder must pay for all purchases within 2 days of auction end. Tennessee sales tax law applies. BUYER’S PREMIUM is 10% for cash, 15% for credit or debit cards (we do NOT accept checks), on ALL LOTS, plus applicable Sales Tax. All items are sold “AS IS- WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” with NO WARRANTY, so please inspect items prior to bidding. These are highlights of the terms and conditions and do not include all details.

Winning Bidders will be notified by email on Sunday evening, after the bidding ends, with an invoice sent to the email used when registering. Winners must pay and pick up not later than Tuesday, January 26th, 2016, at 8 p.m. (CT). We are open for payment and pickups Monday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Tuesday Noon – 8 p.m.

The auction of each lot will conclude at a specific time, with NO EXTENSIONS in the bidding. The best method of making sure your bid is received in time before the auction ends, is to place a “Maximum Bid Amount”. We suggest that you use odd cents and dollar amounts when placing bids. This is done by placing the curser over the next Minimum Bid Amount, and writing in your bid amount (so long as it is higher than the next Minimum Bid Amount). We have seen auctions won and lost by one cent ($0.01).

This lot is used for PRACTICE BIDDING, and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot with NO OBLIGATION as these are sample and practice bids only. There will be NO WINNING BID ON THIS LOT.

You may either bid the next minimum bid or enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and let the computer automatically bid for you up to (but no more than) your maximum, in the increments specified. Example #1: If the current bid is $20 and you put in your max bid of $300, you would be the high bidder at $22.50, provided no one else has place a higher bid. If the auction ends with a high bid of $22.50, you would be the Winning Bidder at $22.50. It would take another bid against you to increase your bid. Example #2: If the current bid is $20 and you bid $300 and someone else has placed a bid of $200, then your bid would be advanced to $205 and if the auction ends with a high bid of $205, you would be the Winning Bidder at $205 and not at $300. It takes someone bidding against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. In order to enter your “Max Bid Amount”, just use your curser to highlight the “Minimum Bid Amount” and write your “Max Bid Amount” over the highlighted number, then click on the “Bid” button below the Bid Amount.

Upon completion of the online auction on Sunday evening, Winning Bidder Notifications / Invoices from LASTBIDonline.com are sent by email. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to provide Auction Company with current email address, phone number, and mailing address. We make every attempt to contact Winning Bidders, but if you fail to read your email, have your email settings such that our emails go to your spam folder, or have changed your email address, Auction Company is NOT RESPONSIBLE. If you have changed your telephone number, or if you do not have a voice mail box set up so we can leave you a message, Auction Company is NOT RESPONSIBLE.
